Wallabies coach John Connolly says although rugby union target Mark Gasnier would be a welcome addition to his Test team, the Dragons centre is no certainty to play at the 2007 World Cup in France.

The Australian Rugby Union tabled an offer last week reportedly worth $700,000 a year if Gasnier plays all Tests for Australia and a full Super 14 season with the NSW Waratahs.
