Lomu returning to NZ?
March 28, 2006
Welsh rugby club Cardiff Blues are resigned to losing Jonah Lomu at the end of the season.
"Jonah has made it quite clear that his reason for coming was to play rugby," Cardiff coach Dai Young told the Western Mail newspaper.
"He wanted to get back to where he wanted to be as a player.
"He has a contract with North Harbour. He has to go back to play in New Zealand's NPC.
"From there, he has made it quite clear he wants to play for a Super 14 contract.
"That is his plan and I cannot see him changing that. He hasn't given us any indication that he wants to stay."
