USA Rugby’s Interim Head Coach Peter Thorburn announced today the Eagles starting lineup for the first leg of the home-and-away series against Uruguay that will take place on Saturday, Sept. 30 in Montevideo, Uruguay and will combine with the outcome of the second game to determine who wins the last Americas spot allotted for the Rugby World Cup in 2007.
